Well, friends, it’s almost eight o’clock and I’ve been writing all day. I’m spent and ready for a break. The good news is that I’m seven chapters from finishing the revisions on my new novel. The bad news is that I’ll still have to make more edits after my editors review the latest version of my manuscript. Before vegging out with a bit of television, I thought I would check in with you.
Can you believe it is 2023? Time flies. Please share some of your new year’s resolutions as comments so I know I’m not wasting my time with this blog. To be fair, I’ll share mine. This year, I intend to publish both The Wanderer and Genesis. I’m also going to try to publish a collection of short stories and be more active on this blog. If any of you have suggestions for content, please let me know.
While I’ve got the chance, I wanted to share what you can expect from me in the near future. If all goes well, you’ll be able to order your copy of The Wanderer: Vindicta by the end of March and Genesis by the end of the year. If you haven’t already read Rebirth and The Drift, you’ll be able to download the Kindle versions for free during the first week of March. As far as the blog goes, I’m hoping to post more interviews with creators, add new short stories, post more videos on how to use Scrivener, and continue to share details about my own writing experiences.
In case you haven’t read my posts on The Wanderer or Genesis, I’ll give you a brief synopsis of both. The Wanderer chronicles the life of a dark hero. Blessed with a gift that makes him a very wealthy man and cursed with nightmarish visions of future events, the protagonist fights to stop horrific crimes before they take place. A series, I’m writing the book as a trilogy while trying to make each book stand on its own as a complete novel. Genesis is based on a sign of the times. With the world going to shit, the protagonist strives to change it through drastic measures including a mass extinction event.
As always, thanks for reading and following me. I hope to hear from you soon,
